Polonezkoy Estate

9500.00m2

Located within the natural landscape of Polonezköy, the modern mansion is set on a 9,500 m² plot and consists of three independent volumes: a main residence, a guest house, and a staff house. The project blends classical French influences with a contemporary architectural language, achieving a balance between elegance and modernity.

Designed without disrupting Polonezköy’s natural habitat, the enclosed construction area is limited to 500 m². This restraint ensures harmony with the surroundings and promotes a low-impact settlement strategy. The outdoor program includes a swimming pool, natural walking paths, and a viewing terrace arranged to frame the landscape, strengthening the experience of living in close connection with nature.

The architectural approach brings together the principles of proportion, symmetry, and refined detailing found in classical French architecture with contemporary materials and spatial composition. Interiors are planned with a focus on light, views, and spatial flow, while exterior connections are designed to allow seamless transitions into the landscape. In line with sustainability principles, the placement respects the existing vegetation and prioritizes minimal intervention to preserve the continuity of the natural environment.
