Designed without disrupting Polonezköy’s natural habitat, the enclosed construction area is limited to 500 m². This restraint ensures harmony with the surroundings and promotes a low-impact settlement strategy. The outdoor program includes a swimming pool, natural walking paths, and a viewing terrace arranged to frame the landscape, strengthening the experience of living in close connection with nature.

The architectural approach brings together the principles of proportion, symmetry, and refined detailing found in classical French architecture with contemporary materials and spatial composition.
