Levent Innovation Center

8000.00m2

Located in Levent, this Innovation Center was designed as a dynamic hub serving both technology startups and a university community. The project aims to foster collaboration, research, and entrepreneurial growth within a contemporary architectural framework that reflects innovation and forward thinking.

The spatial organization is structured around flexibility and interaction. Open-plan work areas, modular offices, meeting rooms, and shared laboratories are arranged to encourage knowledge exchange while allowing for varying levels of privacy and concentration. Dedicated zones for workshops, seminars, and presentations support academic engagement and industry collaboration.

The architectural language emphasizes transparency and connectivity. Glass partitions, adaptable partitions, and open circulation paths create visual continuity across floors, reinforcing a culture of openness and shared creativity. Common areas are strategically positioned to function as informal networking spaces, promoting spontaneous interaction between students, researchers, and startup teams.

Material selection reflects the technological character of the building: exposed structural elements, contemporary finishes, and integrated smart systems contribute to a modern yet welcoming atmosphere. The result is a forward-looking environment that bridges academia and entrepreneurship, positioning the Innovation Center as a catalyst for technological development in Levent’s business district.
