This project encompasses the complete renovation of an existing apartment, redesigned to accommodate the client’s desire for both a warm, intimate living environment and a refined setting suitable for hosting small gatherings. The spatial organization was carefully reconfigured to create fluid transitions between areas, allowing the home to function comfortably as both a private retreat and a social space.

Special emphasis was placed on acoustic performance to ensure clarity and balance during musical and conversational events. Material selections and architectural detailing were thoughtfully integrated to enhance sound quality while preserving the calm character of the interior.

Detailed wood craftsmanship plays a central role in the project. Custom joinery, built-in elements, and bespoke furniture pieces were designed specifically for the space, establishing a cohesive architectural identity. The natural warmth of wood, combined with a restrained material palette, results in a contemporary residence that is both welcoming and acoustically refined.
